1). The curing is fast, and the best sizing effect can be obtained in a short time.
2).It has strong adaptability to the paper machine process, can cover up the water resistance changes caused by the paper machine process fluctuation, and improve the qualified rate of the water resistance index of the finished paper.
3). Good sizing effect can be obtained without adding aluminum sulfate.
4. Application
Mainly used for surface sizing of coated whiteboard paper, corrugated paper, boxboard paper, etc.
How to use
1. Use with starch for surface sizing.
2. It can be added to the storage tank of the diluted starch gelatinization liquid, or it can be continuously added to the working tank or the pipeline at the sizing place.
3. When using waste paper pulp or mechanical pulp as raw material, in order to save costs, aluminum sulfate should be used in the surface sizing process; when chemical pulp is used as raw material, good sizing effect can be obtained without aluminum sulfate. LQ6300 The dependence on aluminum sulfate is small, and aluminum sulfate can be added less or not.
4. A certain amount of foam will be produced during the sizing process, which needs to be used with defoamer.
