LQ-9100 Creping Cylinder agent is a cationic polymer solution designed to improve creping on Yankee paper machines while providing a uniform, protective Yankee dryer coating.

LQ-9100 is a unique creping blocker because it provides excellent protection and crepe quality in a wide range of paper humidity conditions.

Application :

• Spray the back of the sheet before spraying on the dryer.

• Spray directly on the surface of the Yankee dryer

• Any combination of the above

For best results, it is recommended to spray LQ-9100 onto the Yankee. The product should be diluted with warm water before applying it to the dryer.

When diluting, best performance is obtained if LQ-9100 is diluted at least 5:1 or more. Dilution can be achieved by mixing with water in a mixing tank or random dilution using a static mixer. Additions of 0.1 – 1.5kg/ton paper (0.01% to 0.15%) on a dry basis usually give the most economical results.
