NY311 bactericide is a product designed to eliminate microbial hazards in reverse osmosis membrane systems, nanofiltration systems, ultrafiltration systems, and DTRO systems. It is a non-oxidizing biocide with a wide range of applications and will not cause damage to the membrane. It is efficient, Environmentally friendly, it can remove and prevent membrane biofouling caused by bacteria, fungi and algae. It can be used in reverse osmosis systems composed of cellulose acetate (CAB), polyamine composite (CPA), polyvinyl chloride derivatives (PVD) and ESPA, ESNA, LFC, SWC and other membranes.

4.Dosage&Usage tips

NY311 reverse osmosis membrane system fungicide is used for dynamic membrane cleaning, and the dosage can be calculated by the following formula:

Dosing amount (ml/min) = 0.75 × water intake (L/min).

Dosing amount for each treatment (ml) = Dosing amount (ml/min) × treatment time (4~6h).

The treatment cycle is dosing once every one to two weeks, and dosing during normal operation, each time for 4 to 6 hours, or adjust the dosing cycle appropriately according to the quality and quantity of influent water and seasonal changes.
