1.Brief Introduction:

N511 is a membrane cleaning agent specially used to remove calcium carbonate scaling on reverse osmosis (RO) membranes, nanofiltration membranes (NF) and ultrafiltration membranes (UF). When using N511 for cleaning, the pH value and temperature should meet the recommended values of the membrane manufacturer or equipment supplier.

In normal operation, fouling gradually forms on the reverse osmosis membrane, resulting in a significant drop in system efficiency. Compared with the initial basic data, once the nominal water flow rate drops, the desalination rate drops by 10-15% or the pressure difference increases by 10-15%. , the membrane components should be cleaned.

■ Compatible with polyamide, synthetic and cellulose acetate membranes;

■The pH value of the diluent must be kept between 2.5±0.5;

■The minimum cleaning temperature is (25°C-30°C) and this cleaning scheme is more effective when the temperature is higher;\

4.Dosage&Usage tips

■ Dilution

The usual dilution ratio is 1-3% of the volume of the entire cleaning system (usually 1:9), or adjust the dilution ratio according to the contamination and blockage of the system. The entire system includes cleaning tanks, connecting pipes, filters, pressure vessels and membranes .

■ Cleaning Instructions

4.1. Check the cleaning tank, hose and security filter.

4.2. Check and replace the new cleaning security filter element.

4.3. Use reverse osmosis permeate water or demineralized water to inject into the cleaning tank, slowly inject the calculated dosage into the cleaning tank, and circulate the mixed solution with the cleaning pump. Heat the mixed solution with a heater to the temperature range specified by the membrane manufacturer.

4.4. Circulate and wash for 30 minutes in the direction of water inflow. The cleaning flow rate should be as recommended by the membrane manufacturer or system supplier.

4.5. If the pollution is serious, please drain the initial return fluid (about 15% of the volume of the cleaning tank) to prevent the pollutants from reattaching to the membrane surface.

4.6. For multi-section systems, each section should be cleaned separately for maximum effect. If the cleaning solution becomes turbid or the pH value exceeds our recommended range, the cleaning solution should be drained and re-prepared when cleaning other sections.

4.7. Before the system is put into operation again, wash with reverse osmosis product water until the PH value of the product water is neutral, and the conductivity of the product water returns to the initial operating value or lower.

5. Package&Storage

The package is 200Liters or 1000Liters IBC drums

It should be stored in cool place.And avoid frozen or sunshine environment.

The shelf life time is 6 months.
