Applications
Purpose: Improve paper pulping and refining efficiency, reduce the refining energy consumption, it is specially utilized in pretreatment of softwood, hardwood pulp or other high strength fiber.
Temperature: 25~70 ºC and optimum temperature 40~60 ºC
PH: 4.0~9.0 and optimum pH 5.0~7.0
Reaction time: more than 30 min and optimum reaction time 60~120 min.

Avoid over fiberization;
Improve refining machine efficiency and whole paper-making production efficiency;
Increase fibrous cross-linking ability, reduce loss of tiny fiber and filling stuffs and clean whitewater system;
Reduce operating intensity of pulping machine and extend shelf life of pulp refiner plate;
Increase paper filtration velocity and improve paper machine runnability.
